PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold decorating mold which enables stable mass production at the time of molding, and realizes a short delivery period at a low cost at the time of mold making. SOLUTION: This in-mold decorating mold is composed of a cavity-forming block (3) having a cavity (28) for molding into which a film for decoration is to be inserted and which is attached on mounting tables (7) at the fixed side and the moving side. In this case, the mounting table is not equipped with a pocket where the cavity-forming block is fitted, but the mounting table and the cavity-forming block are positioned by an engaging projection part (4) provided to one of contacting surfaces of the table and the block, and by an engaging recess part bored to the other of the contacting surfaces thereof, and a plurality of clamping force-receiving parts (6a) are provided surrounding the cavity-forming block at the outside of the film-passing area.
