PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower-type chemical dissipation apparatus effective for preventing the unnecessary dissipation of a volatile chemical into atmosphere in a down period of the apparatus and producible at a low cost. SOLUTION: This chemical dissipation apparatus has an apparatus body 1 provided with a vessel holding part 5 having a 1st opening 7 and a 2nd opening 8. Air is passed through the 1st and 2nd openings 7,8 by driving a blower 2. A chemical holding vessel 3 containing the volatile chemical 4 and having a 1st air channel 9 on the front surface 3a and a 2nd air-channel 10 at the reverse surface 3b is placed on the vessel placing part 5 by setting in a normal posture as a 1st state or setting in a reverse posture as a 2nd state. When the vessel is set to the 1st state, the 1st opening 7 is connected to the 1st air channel 9 and the 2nd air channel 10 is connected to the 2nd opening 8.
