ELECTRONIC MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC MONEY MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

An electronic money managing server (10) is connected to the Internet (N) so as to communicate with a money receiving terminal device (30) for supplying electronic money to a user card containing a card ID and an issuer ID and a member store terminal device (50) for reducing the electronic money utilized from the user card. When supplying electronic money, the electronic money managing server (10) acquires the received money sum and the issuer ID from the money receiving terminal device (30), calculates the received money sum for each issuer, and receives/passes cash of the received money sum calculated from/to the issuer. Moreover, when using the electronic money, the utilization sum, the member store ID, and the issuer ID are acquired from the member store terminal device (50) and the utilization sum is calculated for each issuer and each member store. Cash of the utilization sum calculated is passed between the issuer and the member store.
