<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of an air diffuser film with respect to the air diffuser equipped with the air diffuser film having micropores. <P>SOLUTION: In the clogging prevention operation method of the air diffuser equipped with the air diffuser film having micropores, air supply to the air diffuser during ordinary operation is stopped, at the same time, remaining gas in the air diffuser film is discharged, thereafter, re-air supply to the air diffuser is performed, thereby, the air diffuser film is extended and contracted and, as a result, the clogging prevention treatment of removing soiling component in the micropores and near the micropores is performed.
