<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comprehensive management system of housing sale/reform which adopts a dialogue type on a Web between a house seller/reform contractor side and a customer side in order to provide a single-family house and a reformed house, and to dramatically lighten the load of the customer side. <P>SOLUTION: The comprehensive management system of housing sale/ reform is constructed by connecting a server 1 at a house seller/reform contractor side, a terminal 3 for sales staff/ business staff and a customer terminal 10 through a network 11. The server 1 provides the customer terminal 10 with individual information for business negotiation including information for customer selection, digital model room information for newly building/reforming a house, basic proposal information for newly building/reforming, an electronic hearing sheet with a customer, dialogue type electronic proposal information with a customer and the summation/estimation of a newly built/reformed house. In the comprehensive management system, request processing and proposal processing are performed based on a dialogue on a Web between the sales staff/business staff and the customer so as to realize the comprehensive management of the newly building/reforming a house ranging from customer selection to order acceptance/construction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
