PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively prevent rebound at the collision of a movable body against a movement regulating body with the smallest number of parts. SOLUTION: This rebound preventing device is provided with a temporary locking member 1 provided at the movable body M, and a temporary locked member 2 provided at the movement regulating body S. The temporary locking member 1 has a rotating body 10, a weight body 11 and a guide face part 12. The rotating body 10 has a fitting part 10c facing the double acting side of the movable body M, at a front end part 10a. The weight body 11 is movable in a direction of approaching the movement regulating body S by inertia when colliding below the rotating body 10. The guide face part 12 supports the weight body 11 from below and has inclination heightened toward the going destination side of the movable body M. The temporary locked member 2 has a fitted part 20 positioned above the fitting part 10c of the rotating body 10 when colliding and hooked to the fitting part 10c by lifting the rotating body 10.
