PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unerringly remove not only small dust but also dust sand and the like having a fixed or larger size not only in a flat surface but also in an uneven place. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool is loaded with a nonwoven fabric having a cleaning property for use, and is a three-dimensional random structure retaining a fixed width and a thickness alone, in which loops of continuous filaments, the holding portion elastic body of the cleaning surface of which is made of a thermoplastic resin, the loops contacting each other in a mutually melted condition, and the majority of the contact portions is fusion bonded.
