PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contents of initial tiles in hand from being unevenly distributed by deciding a time to extract a random number for deciding a dealing tile pattern regardless of the random number for deciding the dealing tile pattern. SOLUTION: The mahjong game machine includes: random number extracting time deciding means 60, 70 for deciding the extraction time for extracting a random number for deciding an initial pattern by which the patterns of tiles in the initial tiles in hand; dealing tile pattern deciding random number generating means 61, 71 for deciding the pattern of one tile; tile-in-hand pattern deciding random number extracting means 90, 110 for extracting the random numbers generated by the dealing tile pattern deciding random number generating means as a random number value for the patterns, based on the extraction time decided by the random number extraction time deciding means; and a tile-in-hand deciding means 120 for deciding, at each extracted random number, the patterns of the remaining tiles of the initial tiles except for the first tile, based on the random number values for the patterns of the tiles after a succeeding sequence, which are extracted by the tile-in-hand pattern deciding random number extracting means.
