PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since an indirect TCXO obtained by one-chip integrating a semiconductor temperature sensor together with a temperature compensation voltage generating circuit and an oscillation circuit has a low sensor sensitivity, an amplifier circuit of the sensor output is provided, and hence the phase noise characteristics of the TCXO is deteriorated.
