PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize various photographing forms and to realize video providing services utilizing them. SOLUTION: A user carrying a terminal device is allowed to execute photographing with a specific photographing device by inputting discrimination information of the photographing device and is allowed to obtain photographic video data resulting from this photographing. Consequently, for example, the user can photograph images from a photographing device installed in a place which the user cannot enter, and various photographing forms are realized for the user. A video producing device uses photographic images obtained by photographing indicated by user's input of discrimination information of the photographing device, to create a video content and provides it for the user.
