PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring terminal having a structure capable of protecting a transfer pad from corrosion caused by deposition of water or the like. SOLUTION: The transfer pad 10 being the wiring terminal comprises a metal pattern 12 connected to a wiring of an array substrate 28, a lightning rod pad 16 protecting the metal pattern 12 by corrosion of a battery effect and a conductive film 14a connecting the metal pattern 12 and the lightning rod pad 16 and blocking corrosion of the lightning rod pad.
