PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust concentration measurement device for measuring surely the dust concentration also for a large diameter flue or fluid including high concentration dust, performing beforehand optical axis adjustment operations in a factory or the like, enabling improvement of measurement accuracy and cost reduction, further maintaining always an optical axis constant without being affected by the strain over aging in a flue and enabling also the reduction of the maintenance costs. SOLUTION: A tubular light passing tubular body 23 wherein a fluid flow space 22 is formed at an intermediate part is arranged by penetrating the walls of the flue 1 so that its axis extends in the direction approximately perpendicular to the fluid flowing direction of the flue 1 and the fluid flow space 22 is positioned in the flue 1.
