PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher and a gasification melting system equipped therewith facilitating the attaching of crusher blades to a rotary drum with simple constitution, causing no falling off of blade parts. SOLUTION: In this crusher equipped with the rotary drum 10 having multiple recessed grooves 11 in the axial direction with given intervals in the outer periphery, and the crushing blades 12 attached to the grooves 11, inner grooves 15 communicating with the grooves 11 are provided inside the drum 10. In the sectional shape in the axial direction of the groove 15, the communicating part communicating with the grooves 11 is formed narrowly, the crushing blade 12 is formed with its lower part formed insertable into the grooves 11 and 15 and with its upper part projected outward from the groove 11, and the blades 12 are fixed with the lower parts inserted into the grooves 11 and 15.
