PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation of mounting work of a frame on an elevated wall surface and easily align same frontward inclined attitudes when a plurality of frames are displayed in a line. SOLUTION: This mounting device is provided with a frame hook device 2 provided in the rear surface of the frame 1 and a frame receiver device 3 mounting the frame on the wall surface W. A horizontal hook shaft 22 and an angle setting bar 2b changeable in erecting position are provided between left/right side plate parts 21 and 21 of the frame hook device 2, and the horizontal hook shaft 22 is fitted in a U-shaped groove 30 of the frame receiver device 3, so that the frame 1 is supported in the frontward inclined attitude fixed by the abutment between a hook piece 3b of the frame receiver device 3 and the angle setting bar 2b, and the frontward inclined angle of the frame 1 is changed by the erected position of the angle setting bar 2b.
