PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ray-curable inkjet ink composition capable of very stably recording a highly precise image excellent in letter quality without causing color mixing on all recording materials under various printing environments, and an image-forming method and an inkjet recording device using the same.

SOLUTION: The active ray-curable inkjet ink composition comprises 1-methyl-4-(2-methyloxiranyl)-7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptane as a photopolymerizable compound and a nonionic surfactant.
