<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a motor driving circuit hardly influenced by motor with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This is a motor driving circuit, in which a plurality of drive sections each connecting n-channel switching elements in totem pole are connected in parallel and power is supplied from each drive section to a motor M3. Out of the n-channel switching elements, upper arm side n-channel switching elements Q10 and Q13 are cascaded with p-channel switching elements Q9 and Q12.
