OPERATION METHOD OF WASTE-GASIFICATION-FURNACE WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deposition of ash contained in a gas in a waste heat boiler in recovering heat from a waste-gasification gas.

SOLUTION: The amount of steam charged into a gasification furnace is controlled so that the concentration of soot particles contained in a gasification gas is 1.5 g/Nm3or higher. The optimal gasification efficiency is achieved by measuring the gas temperature at before and after a waste heat boiler and controlling the amount of steam charged into the gasification furnace so that the difference in gas temperature between before and after the waste heat boiler is constant.
