<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low reflecting film capable of preventing the reflection due to outdoor daylight, also excellent in dustproof properties, having sufficient scratch resistance not damaging transparency by the scratch or the like especially caused by friction and excellent even in anti-staining properties. <P>SOLUTION: The low reflecting film is constituted by successively laminating a transparent conductive layer, a hard coat layer and a low refractive index layer having a refractive index lower than that of the hard coat layer on a transparent base material film. The low refractive index layer of this low reflecting film is constituted of a three-component system comprising a resin component, which composed of a polyvinylidene fluoride derivative having a reactive group and a polyfunctional monomer, and colloidal silica. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
