<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic wiring board in which the insulation of an insulation layer between capacitor electrodes formed in an insulating substrate is stabilized, a high frequency signal can be passed as designed, and a low melting point conductor material can be used. <P>SOLUTION: The glass ceramic wiring board 1 has a wiring layer 3 and capacitor electrode layers 4 sandwiching an insulation layer 2b in an insulating substrate 2 comprising a plurality of glass ceramic insulation layers 2a-2d laid in layers. The insulation layer 2b between the capacitor electrode layers 4 is formed by sintering a glass ceramic green sheet containing inorganic powder composed of glass powder and ceramic powder. The inorganic powder has a mean particle diameter of 0.5-1.0μm and particle size distribution satisfying a relation (D90-D10)/D50≤1, where D10 is a 10% particle diameter, D50 is a 50% particle diameter and D90 is a 90% particle diameter in number summation particle size distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
