<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both accurate connections by a connector and protection of the connector on a cradle, which is provided with a connector connecting to portable electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The cradle 5 is provided with joint nails 6 of both the right and the left sides which are engaged with locking concave parts 3 formed on the both sides of the portable electronic equipment 1 and guide the portable electronic equipment 1 to a fixing point; a joint hook 7, which is engaged with a locking hole 4 formed on the bottom surface of the portable electronic equipment 1 and fixes and maintains the portable electronic equipment 1 on the fixing point; a connector 8, which is formed inside of a triangle surface joining the joint nails 6 of both sides and the joint hook 7 and is connected to an power supply receiving terminal 2, when the portable electronic equipment 1 is fixed; a cover 9, which protects the connector 8; and an operation chip 10 which is formed between the joint nails 6 of both sides and whose moving quantity works with the moving quantity of switching of the cover 9. Thus, dust or dirt will not enter the connector, because the connector prepared on the cradle is protected by the cover, when the portable electronic equipment is not fixed on the cradle and defects will not occur in an internal circuit of the cradle because of the damage to the connector or short circuiting between the terminals of the connector by mistake. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
