BUILDING INSPECTION SYSTEM AND BUILDING INSPECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the intermediate inspection of a building has to be directly executed by a qualified person at a building site and sometimes requested intermediate inspections stagnate due to the insufficiency of the qualified persons and the inspection at the site.

SOLUTION: A personal digital assistant storing user identification information is connected to personal digital assistant equipment which is capable of bidirectionally communicating various kinds of information including at least voice information, image information and the user identification information and provided with a photographing function. A building inspection system is provided with: a determination means for determining that the personal digital assistant and the personal digital assistant equipment are mutually exclusive; a transmission means for making the personal digital assistant equipment transmit the user identification information when it is determined that they are exclusive; a specifying means for receiving the transmitted user identification information through a communication channel and specifying the user of the personal digital assistant equipment; an output means for outputting inspection information relating to an inspection object building to be photographed through the communication channel to the personal digital assistant equipment of the specified user; and a visible output means for visibly outputting the image information corresponding to the image of the building photographed with the personal digital assistant equipment corresponding to the outputted inspection information and received through the communication channel.
