<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen a workload for a staff in charge and conduct an efficient campaign in a campaign management technology for conducting the campaign based on a customer information. <P>SOLUTION: A scenario table 114 stores definition information for a campaign scenario and a progress table for the scenario. A campaign control system 101 activates other systems which is an action execution part in order to execute the action in accordance with the definition information for the scenario. The progress table is updated in accordance with the progress for the scenario.
