SHIP ALLOCATION PLAN ESTIMATION DEVICE, PROGRAM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a ship allocation plan in consideration of the variation of an estimation index when a discharge port arrival date of a tanker varies.

SOLUTION: Plan information about the ship allocation plan is inputted (S110). A variation range of a discharge port arrival date is set (S120). Within the variation range of the discharge port arrival date set in S120, the discharge port arrival dates are combined to each other to create a discharge port arrival date pattern (S130). In each the discharge port arrival date pattern created in S130, the estimation index of the ship allocation plan is estimated (S140-S160). Estimation indexes of all the ship allocation plans estimated in S140-S160 are outputted as variation patterns by a histogram.
