<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail unit for a stairway and the mounting structure of the handrail unit easily detached, rapidly and easily mounted and fixed and having excellent workability and appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail unit for the stairway comprises handrail bodies 1, 2, 3; baluster bodies 11, 21, 31 having rugged joint parts at the upper and lower parts; and handrail fixing bodies 13, 29 and dovetail recessed part 41 for mounting and fixing the baluster bodies 11, 21, 31 onto treads 4 or side plates. The baluster bodies 11, 21, 31 have projecting joint parts fitted to recessed joint parts disposed at the handrail bodies above, and projecting joint parts fitted to recessed joint parts formed at the baluster fixing bodies 13, 29 mounted and fixed to the treads 4 or side plates (not shown in the figure) below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
