PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed elastomer in which rubber hardness of the foamed elastomer can relatively freely be controlled. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the foamed elastomer by vulcanizing a foam raw material in which a foaming agent is added to a raw material for the elastomer, foaming ratio and rubber hardness are controlled by independently controlling conditions of temperature and pressure when vulcanizing the foam raw material.
