PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature curing silicone rubber composition readily breaking bubbles included during mixing by spontaneous deforming and having excellent templating durability for a urethane resin. SOLUTION: The room temperature curing silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane represented by the general formula [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>s are each independently an unsubstituted or a substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n is a positive number to provide 0.0001-0.5 m<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 25°C] and having 0.0001-0.5 m<SP>2</SP>/s viscosity at 25°C, (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of reinforcing silica fine powder, (C) an effective amount of a tin curing catalyst and (D) 0.001-10 pts.wt. of a defoaming agent having 1.35-1.40 refractive index.
