PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an inexpensive freeze-transporting container or a cold storage container with sealing strength resistant to strong shock, vibration and rough handling during transportation and largely reduced in the risk of contamination and leakage of contents, and a method of transportation or storage using the container. SOLUTION: The food freeze-transporting container or the cold storage container is formed by sealing, via a fusion-cut seal, a metallocene-based straight-chain polyethylene film with a density of 0.86 g/cm<SP>3</SP>≤and <0.910 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0.01-2 g/10 min, and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5-5.0.
