PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the contact strength between a substrate and a sealing material and to realize high density of driving electrodes. SOLUTION: An optoelectronic device 100 has a protection layer 10a formed except a specified area from the outer edge of a 1st substrate 30a and also has a 1st inter-substrate conduction part 20ac formed on the protection layer 10a. On the 1st inter-substrate conduction part 20ac, a conductive member 22 is arranged and a sealing material 24 is applied over both an area where the protection layer 10a and an area where the protection layer is not formed to stick a 1st substrate 30 and a 2nd substrate 30b which face each other together. The conductive member 22 interposed between the 1st substrate 30a and 2nd substrate 30b electrically connects the 1st inter-substrate conduction part 20ac and a 2nd inter-substrate conduction part 20bc to each other.
