PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor small in size and very low in capacitance. SOLUTION: The capacitor has an electronic component 104 comprising a conductor 106 provided on a substrate 105, a protective film 107 provided on the conductor 106, and electrodes 109 connected to both ends of the conductor 106. It also has a printed board 101 whereon the electronic component 104 is mounted, a pair of copper foil pads 103a and 103b are formed to face the electrodes 109, and an electrode pattern 111 is formed in between the copper foil pads 103a and 103b.
