PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger-rotatable ignition stone lighter for enhancing ignition operability and ignition stability, and enhancing a degree of freedom of design. SOLUTION: This ignition stone lighter ignites fuel by an ignition stone 12, and a file ring 13 for rubbing this stone; has a driven gear 23 joined to the file ring 13 with a rotary shaft in the same, an operation ring 6 rotated and driven by a user, and a driving gear 21 joined to the operation ring 6 with the rotary shaft in the same, and rotatingly driving the driven gear 23; and also has an intermediate gear 22 existing on the side of the driven gear 23 under the driving gear 21.
