发明名称 THREE-LEG THEORY REPRESENTATIVE OF PELVIC FORCE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional training theories whereby "the source of force" and "the origin of force" are incorrect resulting in a wrong movement at the sacrifice of "capability" and whereby excessive consciousness toward a "part of a human body" promotes to lose sight of "force transmission", making it difficult to realize a reasonable movement. SOLUTION: The three-leg theory is based on the "pelvis" as the center of the human body, from which "three legs" come out. The "muscles of hips" as "pelvic force" are strongly employed. Thereby, much more reasonable movements can be realized by relaxing the "three legs", namely, "no biting", "no stepping" and "no gripping". COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
