The gripper (1) is for lifting especially rails (3) and is equipped with gripping jaws (2,2.1). With lowering of the gripper, and after placing of the locked open gripping jaws on the rail head (3.1), the unlocking and subsequent closing of the jaws during the lifting of the gripper, and additional locking by a locking lever (4) equipped with a locking bolt (4.2), take place mechanically and automatically. The connecting of the gripping jaws to the rail head takes place with positive locking. |
