A vaporizer unit (2), a compressor unit (3), a condenser unit (5), and a throttle device are coordinated and enclosed in a hermitically sealed casing (10) placed under selected inner pressure that deviates from atmospheric pressure , and the changed inner pressure within the casing deviating from selected pressure by predetermined value is interpreted as a leakage. A first heat exchanger acts as the vaporizer unit. The compressor unit is connected to the vaporizer unit to increase pressure of gas formed in the vaporizer unit. A second heat exchanger acts as the condenser unit as well as the throttle device to regulate the flow o condensed gas and in which connected compressor unit generates vibration. |
