摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CT unit which enables the efficient use of the radiations in the projection data collection using a multi-row detector. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT unit has an X-ray tube 20, a detector array 23 which comprises a plurality of detector rows 1a-4a and 1b-4b along the direction of the rotation axis for obtaining the projection data of the subject by the X rays and a reconstruction part which reconstructs the tomogram data of the subject by calculation based on the projection data obtained. It also has a collimator 22 for adjusting the irradiation area of the X rays from the X-ray tube 20 by the control command and a control part which calculates the rows of the detectors necessary for the acquisition of the projection data used for the reconstruction of the specified tomogram data based on the parameters related to the reconstruction of the tomogram data by the reconstruction part and outputs the control command for the irradiation of X rays according to the rows of the detectors calculated to the collimator.
