PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cutter which releases a user from a trouble of re-polishing and easily maintaining cutting performance. SOLUTION: This cylindrical cutter 1 has a cylindrical main body 2 and a cutting blade part 30 provided along at least at a part of an end surface edge of the main body 2, and a cutting blade body 3 having the cutting blade part 30 is mounted on the end surface side of the main body 2 free to connect and disconnect to and from the main body 2 through a connecting and disconnecting structure 4.
