摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit device low in power consumption and capable of preventing a display screen from sticking. SOLUTION: Provided are a display counter circuit which counts a screen display frequency and a counter circuit which perform on/off control over scanning lines, and the number of display scanning lines which turn on is increased and decreased in timing to switching of display data stored in a storage circuit to prevent the display screen from sticking without altering the display data stored in the storage circuit.
