PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a foldable cellular phone for opening and closing by reducing the frictional force applied to the flexible printed board of the system and, in addition, dispersing the stress applied to the printed board by tightening a tube at the spiral section of the printed board. SOLUTION: The foldable cellular phone is provided with first and second enclosures 13 and 23, a shaft 31 which openably/closably connects the enclosures 13 and 23 to each other, and the flexible printed board 4 which is provided from the first enclosure 13 to the second enclosure 23 in a state where the board 4 is spiralled around the shaft 31. In addition, the system has a pipe 5 into which the shaft 31 is loosely inserted in a rotatable state and which is pressurized by the spiral section of the flexible printed board 4 in the spiral section.
