PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolation damper pulley for preventing intrusion of dust or the like from an arcuate oblong hole 25 formed in a cover part 22B of a pulley portion 22 to the inside of the pulley portion 22. SOLUTION: The isolation damper pulley comprises a torsional damper portion and the isolation pulley portion. The arcuate oblong hole 25 into which a stopper member is inserted is provided in the side end face of the isolation pulley portion. A cover 60 is provided for covering the oblong hole 25.
