The spray binding agent for a tattoo stencil is a chemical composition useful for enhancing the quality of a tattoo when using a stencil. The liquid composition is sprayed on the cleaned skin area prior to tattooing. The composition contains a speed stick composition, a green soap solution, rubbing alcohol, and water. A method of tattooing using the composition is provided which includes spraying the composition onto the body part to be tattooed.
