FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed pump can be used in supply systems of single-section and multisection rotary piston engines. Profiles of outer surface of teeth, tooth spaces and inner surface of housing mating with gear teeth are made toroidal. Gears are internal, with center of circle forming cross profile of toroidal outer surface of internal gear teeth and inner toroidal surface of housing mated with teeth of said gear being located out of the limits of tooth base plane, and center of circle forming cross profile of toroidal outer surface of external gear teeth and inner toroidal surface of housing mated with teeth of said gear is located out of the limits of tooth contour. Center of formation of cross profile of toroidal inner surface of tooth space of external gear is displaced relative to center of circle forming cross profile of toroidal outer surface of teeth of said gear through size of clearance in meshing. ^ EFFECT: increased service life, improved reliability of gear teeth. ^ 4 dwg |
