<p>A machine for the demolition and cleaning of the glass of kinescopes (12), comprising a press (14), inside which the kinescope (12) is placed, by means of an arm (13) driven by a guiding piston; the machine allows the glass of the kinescope (12) to be demolished, by first collecting the ferrous material (18) contained in the kinescope (12), and then effecting a further cleaning of the glass, by mechanically removing the phosphorus layer deposited on the front surface of the screen. All operations are fully automatic, without any manual intervention.</p> |
