FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should introduce drainages through the upper layers of abdominal cavity, introduce trocar with threaded cap through the rupture being left-hand against the anus under control of a finger introduced rectally. One should puncture fiber, anal levator and pelvic peritoneum, remove trocar's cap, introduce perforated silicone drainage with balloon at external contour of distal end into trocar's cavity, remove trocar through peritoneum, force balloon for fixation of drainage to pelvic peritoneum with a syringe, suture up the drainage from the side of peritoneum to the edge of cutaneous wound, drainage should be performed. The method enables to provide efficiency of drainage in case of peritonitis due to good sanitation of small pelvis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of abdominal lavage. ^ 1 ex |
