<p>PURPOSE: To provide an appliance for treating the in-celom structure part capable of exactly and easily indwelling a self-expandable stent to the desired section even in the blood vessel which is as fine as the coronary artery and curves vigorously with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: This implement 1 for treating the in-celom structure part 1 consists of the stent 2 for indwelling in the celom which is formed to an approximately cylindrical shape, is compressed at the time of insertion into a living body and is expanded at the time of indwelling in the living body, a sheath 3 which holds the stent 2 in the shrunk state at the inside surface and a balloon catheter 5 which is inserted into the stent 2 and the sheath 3 and has a balloon 4 in the section projecting from the front end of the sheath 3. This catheter 5 has a projecting part 6 for stent discharge which comes into contact with the stent 2 at the time of moving toward the rear end of the sheath 3 behind the stent 2.</p> |
