PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving a file between hosts by using a wireless Internet terminal is provided to remotely control various data such as files, images, texts, and programs by using a portable mobile terminal which provides a wireless Internet service, and transmit and receive the data from a computer to another computer which are designated by a user. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server of the first host by using a wireless mobile terminal(S30,S31). The user inputs the second host name, a data name and information in the web server for judging whether data are transmitted or received(S32). If the input is completed, the web server transmits parameters with respect to the input to a CGI(Common Gateway Interface) script(S33). The CGI script analyzes the transmitted parameters(S34), sets a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) connection between the web server of the first host and a web server of the second host, and transceives the data(S35-S41).
