FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should apply transplant out of flat bone of human fetal cranial arch exceeding 3-4 mm the diameter of trepanation opening upon osseous facial walls of frontal and maxillary antrum above trepanation opening after removing pathological content. Transplant should be fixed to antral osseous walls, with distal edge part of light guide of semiconductor laser "ATKUS-15" due to contact method at output power of laser radiation being 8 W, at constant mode. The method enables to achieve tight fixation of allobrefobone towards antral osseous walls. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. ^ 2 ex |
