PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate listening difficulty of a voice output by adding explanation to information which is difficult to listen to. SOLUTION: In this information output method, an information demand from a user is received from an inputting part 1, information desired by the user is retrieved from an objective information DB(data base) 3 in response to this demand, and whether or not the user is likely to erroneously listen to a candidate is judged by a listening easiness judging part 4 for plural candidates obtained as the result of this retrieval. Then, additional explanation for suppressing the erroneous listening of the candidate which is judged easy to erroneously listen to is obtained from an explanation DB 6, and this additional information and those plural retrieval candidates are successively listed with a voice output. The user is allowed to confirm the object of retrieval, and the information desired by the user for the candidate confirmed by the user is outputted. |
