<p>PURPOSE: To prevent damage of a brake and to protect an oil seal mechanism for sealing driving oil for the brake in an oscillation and vibration avoid mechanism applied to a yaw brake of a parking brake, which is used for fixing a wind mill nacell (main body). CONSTITUTION: During the operation of a disc brake, when pistons 2a, 2b are pressed to inclined faces of two grade liners 5a, 5a', 5b, 5b' disposed symmetrically opposite to each other through piston pressers 3a, 3b, the grade liners are opened sideways to be brought into contact with a brake caliper 8. Thus, play in the rotating direction of nacell among brake pads 6a, 6b, the grade liners and the brake caliper is eliminated. Accordingly, the nacell rotation operating force is transmitted from the brake disc 4 through the brake pads 6a, 6b, the grade liners 5a, 5a', 5b, 5 b' to the brake caliper 8, so that the nacell rotating (oscillation) motion to the pistons 2a, 2b is not propagated.</p> |
