FIELD: oil producing industry; pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed oil well pump0ejector jet plant for cleaning well holes from sand bridges has jet pump and sand bridge breaker installed on tubing string lower than pump. Pump housing accommodates active nozzle and mixing chamber with diffuser and channels are made to deliver active medium and medium pumped out of well. Tubing string is installed on swivel for rotation by drive. Sand bridge breaker is made in form of end face milling cutter with axial hole. Container-separator is placed between milling cutter and jet pump to collect particles of broken sand bridge made in form cylindrical shell. Intake branch pipe with conical baffle at outlet is installed axially at side of cylindrical shell outlet. Cylindrical shell is secured on jet pump housing and it communicates with channel delivering medium pumped out of well. Intake branch pipe communicates with axial hole of milling cutter from side of inlet through bypass branch pipe. Filter is installed in channel to deliver medium pumped out of well from inlet side method of operation of proposed pump-ejector jet plant comes to the following: jet pump with device for breaking sand bridge - end face milling cutter is lowered into well on tubing string. Tubing string with jet pump and end face milling cutter is set into rotation and milling cutter breaks sand bridge. Working liquid is delivered along tubing string into active nozzle. Liquid flowing out of nozzle entrains liquid medium pumped out of well from under milling cutter, and mixture of both media is formed in jet apparatus. Then mixture is delivered from jet pump into tubing string annulus wherefrom part of mixture is lifted to surface and other part passes into milling cutter working zone, thus washing out broken particles of sand bridge from under milling cutter. Said particles pass into container-separator together with mixture of media through axial hole of milling cutter. Washed out particles pass into container-separator through intake branch pipe in which washed out particles are directed to conical baffle, thus being separated from mixture of media. Then medium mixture passed, as liquid medium pumped out of well, into jet pumps, and washed out particles are collected in container-separator. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of sand bridge breaking and reliability of jet pump. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
