Described herein is a simplified multipurpose pasteurizer comprising a tank (11), which contains a mixture or product to be treated, and respective heating and cooling circuits, in which the tank (11) has a first opening (12) for outlet of the mixture or product to be treated to a pipe (13) connected in turn to a second opening (15) for re-entry into the tank (11), the pipe (13) set outside the tank (11) being connected to a first circuit for heating (16, 17, 18) and to a second circuit for cooling (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) via an exchanger (14, 30) and an evaporator (19, 30). <IMAGE> |
