PURPOSE: A plasma reactor is provided to reduce abrasion of electrodes and lengthen the lifetime of the electrodes by changing shapes of electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A plasma reactor includes a main body, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a pellet-type paraelectric layer. The main body includes an inlet for receiving a medium and an outlet for discharging the medium. The first electrode(3) and the second electrode(7) are installed in the inside of the main body of the plasma reactor. The first and the second electrodes are opposite to each other. The pellet type paraelectric layer is formed on a discharging region between the first and the second electrodes.
